It is with
heavy hearts that we post this.

Psalms 139:14-16
Elijah was carried by the angels to
be with his Jesus on Saturday afternoon or evening.
Doctors aren’t sure what happened,
he was moving Saturday morning but when Isaac checked for a heartbeat in the
evening there was none. Ultrasound confirmed death in utero.
We don’t know why he died but we are
grateful for the 40 weeks that we had with our precious son. We are so grateful
to God for all his blessings and that Elijah was such a part of our family for
that time.
Life Verse: Psalms 139:14-16 “I praise you
because I’m fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know
that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret
place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my
unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book…”
Name Meanings:
Elijah- The Lord is Yahweh
Mahoro-Shalom of God (Burundi’s
Language, where Isaac and I met)
Mubezi-The Lord is my comforter
(Isaac’s mother tongue)
Favorite Moment: Family prayer time Elijah would
kick and play as we prayed.
Character: My precious one listened and obeyed every time I told him not to kick mommy.
Parent’s Prayer: Every day we prayed for Elijah’s life: that he would grow to know the Lord and reach many with the gospel, that his love for the Lord and passion for Christ would change his generation.
Beautiful Rachel and Isaac! Just beautiful so uplifting and full of courage faith hope And love. My prayers are with you two for continued healing. :)
